“Canófila Federation of Puerto Rico is proud of our President, Mr. Rafael de Santiago, being been elected by the Assembly of the FCI in Budapest as president of the FCI, a leader of the global cinología.”

Although the Xoloitzcuintle Breed is not fully recognized for competition in the UK show rings yet, they are moving in that direction. These Xolos and their owners & handlers were there this year to represent the breed.
