I want to wish…
…everyone in the XoloWorld a wonderful and peaceful new year. As we enjoyed our dinner of Mexican Bean Soup I wished that you could all have joined us. I make a pot of bean soup with cumin and chiles and epazote that would “knock your socks off.” It tops off the year very nicely. And for dessert we have egg nog with a shot of good rum and some freshly ground nutmeg. I can’t imagine a better way to bid the past year goodbye and welcome the new year.
