She stops at ten yards like there’s a brick wall and stares intently until i release her. Shes fast as the wind.”
I asked how they trained her to do this and they responded: “Id call her back at ten yards every time and give her a treat. Eventually she stopped going further than ten yards. I had already well established stay and release so she thinks that’s her treat now when i release her from anything. I give her a real treat when shes called back.
